A therapeutic treatment tailored to support your specific needs and requirements where Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls are placed on and around the dressed body and tapped gently with a felt mallet. The calming and harmonising sounds as well as the gentle vibrations of the singing bowls induce a feeling of well being and a deep relaxation.

The warm water therapy involves the bowls being filled with warm water which are then placed gently on different energy centres of the body for a vibrational sound massage.

Of the many benefits, for people in good health the treatment will promote inner harmony, elevate energy levels and boost creativity. For those with physical or psychological concerns, the sound therapy will help to bring relief from pain, stress and anxiety. Most clients experience improved memory, mental clarity, vitality and better sleep (often for several days following the treatment).

+ Private Sound Healing Session with Therapeutic Yoga

A session that combines sound healing, warm water therapy and therapeutic yoga. The passive floor-based restorative and yin yoga asanas will nourish and stimulate the deep energy channels of your body. The physically passive poses are held for several minutes at a time, with the muscles relaxed and the body supported. The deep vibrations of the Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls will deepen and enhance the effects of the yoga asanas.

This one-on-one session is tailored specifically to your needs and includes asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), savasana (relaxation), sound massage and warm water therapy.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

+ DUET SOUND HEALING SESSION

60 minutes / $265
Like a private session, the DUET session is designed similarly but includes the fun of sharing it with a friend, partner or co-worker. Popular for celebrating anniversaries or special occasions. Suitable for 2 people. Can be combined with yoga and reiki*

Organise a group sound healing session at your home, office or event space. Suitable for private celebrations, corporate wellness programs, product launches or for special events. Can be combined with yoga and reiki.

For those who are less mobile or those who would like their session to be held in the comfort of their own home or workplace.

Enhance your Sound healing session with LED light therapy. LED is a non-invasive treatment that targets multiple skin concerns including fine lines, pigmentation, acne, inflammation, redness, wound healing and stimulating collagen and elastin production. It can be positioned over any part of the face or body and can additionally be used for treating pain.

We can organise a group sound meditation or mini treatements for your employees at your place of work. For mini treatements, each participant will recieve a 30 minute one-on-one treatement which includes a sound massage. Can be combined with a yoga class for your employees and can conclude with a group sound meditation.
