Explore the power of intention when you align with the natural rhythms of the universe as we immerse ourselves in sound and vibration on the occasion of the first New Moon of the year.

In the days immediately following the New Moon, when this special Sound Soak takes place, a very potent window is presented to embed your intentions for the year ahead into the deeper realms of your unconscious. This will be experienced as we soak in the deep, healing vibrations and sacred sounds of the Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls and engage in the yogic practice of sankalpa. It is a refreshing alternative to making a New Year’s resolution, where we plant the seed of our resolve into our unconscious during a guided meditation. “San” refers to a connection with living your highest truth and “kalpa”, is a vow and commitment to support this. Setting a sankalpa is a simple practice to connect you to your true essence and manifest your heart’s desires into your living with grace and ease.

As we lie comfortably in savasana during the sound soak, the Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls will be moved around the room allowing participants to experience individual energetic healing through sound. This involves sounding the bowls while they are suspended above different energy centres of the body and sometimes placing them physically on participant's bodies.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
